I'm pregnant! Our baby is due this summer, and my wife and I couldn't be more excited. I'm making some exciting changes to my work in preparation for our baby's arrival.
Firstly, I'm going to be leaving my studio at Maws Craft Centre next month, and will be having a closing down sale at my final Open Studio event on Saturday 29th March (more information to come). We're having a garden studio built at home so I can work more flexibly in the future, and I can then sell my pieces online and at local markets and independent shops.
I'll also be pausing my workshop programme from April, but hope to restart them towards the end of the year. I've already got lots of ideas for new and expanded workshop programmes at venues across Shropshire and beyond, so keep an eye out for future announcements.
This is by no means the end of my weaving journey, but just the start of a new chapter. Thank you for your ongoing support and I'll see you again amongst the willow.
